Dustin Jones was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, and eventually graduated from The University of Virginia with a Masters in Teaching. During his time at UVA, Dustin was highly involved in the student section (Hoo Crew) and was the president during his 4th year. He loves going to all UVA sporting events, but loves college basketball more than anything.
I’m a third-generation Wahoo who grew up bleeding orange and blue. During school, I was sports editor for the Cavalier Daily, covering the football, men’s basketball, men’s and women’s lacrosse, men’s soccer, and swimming and diving teams over my four years. I was also a member of the Hoo Crew Committee. Dustin and I started Guys in Ties after graduating to continue our passion for UVa sports. We love doing it, and hope you enjoy! Wahoowa.
