Looking to place a bet on the 2018 MLB World Series? Here are the latest odds.

It seems like just yesterday was Opening Day. Now, with just two weeks until the Wild Card games, let’s take a look at the latest pennant and World Series odds.

National League

Los Angeles Dodgers +245 (+600 World Series)
Chicago Cubs +300 (+800)
Colorado Rockies +500 (+1400)
Atlanta Braves +550 (+1400)
Milwaukee Brewers +700 +1600)
St. Louis Cardinals +1100 (+2500)
Arizona Diamondbacks +3000 (+6000)

The Chicago Cubs currently possess the best record in the National League. Nonetheless, the Dodgers are the favorites to come out of the National League for the World Series.

Pre-season, I picked the Dodgers to do just this. After a less than convincing regular season, I am sticking with it. The offense is one of the best in the Majors, and pitching has quickly risen into the top ten. Los Angeles fully has what it takes to go on a playoff tear.

Looking to not stick with the favorite? The Brewers are getting hot at the right time. +700 is enticing.

American League

Boston Red Sox +190 (+350 World Series)
Houston Astros +200 (+375)
Cleveland Indians +500 (+850)
New York Yankees +650 (+1100)
Oakland Athletics +750 (+1400)

It is a similar situation for Boston that it is for the Dodgers. I picked the Red Sox in the pre-season, so I feel obligated to stick with them. Trust me, I dislike going chalk as much as anyone. However, the Sox are just too good.

From a betting standpoint, both the Astros and Indians are good picks. Somehow, people have all but forgotten about the defending world champs because of Boston. Cleveland is an unbelievably talented team with two MVP contenders. If I had to place a bet, I would go with Cleveland.
