The Chicago Bulls find themselves in the midst of a six-game losing streak. They find themselves in a tailspin from loses to the San Antonio Spurs, Milwaukee Bucks, Detroit Pistons and Houston Rockets. Chicago is sitting at the bottom of the barrel in the Eastern Conference at No. 13 in the conference.
Coming up short
Chicago fought until the end against San Antonio and they only lost by one point. DeMar DeRozan led San Antonio in scoring with 21 points. LaMarcus Aldridge added 20 points and eight rebounds to the stat sheet. Zach LaVine led Chicago in scoring with 28 points, seven rebounds and seven assists.
Chicago had another hard-fought game but they came up short by three points. Giannis Antetokounmpo led Milwaukee in scoring with a season-high 36 points. Jabari Parker and LaVine led Chicago in scoring with 24 points. Ryan Arcidiacono had a season-high 22 points. He is proving to the fans that he is a reliable player.
Chicago was on the road to face Detroit and the Pistons flattened Chicago by 19 points. Wendell Carter Jr. led Chicago in scoring with 28 points. Apart from Parker, who had 12 points, they were the only players to score in double figures. This played right into Detroit’s hands.
Houston gave Chicago the business in a 121-105 loss but something more important happened. Lauri Markkanen made his season debut with 10 points and four rebounds in the loss. LaVine finished with 29 while Parker has 21 and 12 rebounds. James Harden finished with 30 points while Chris Paul had a double-double of 12 points and 13 assists.
Chicago finds themselves in a six-game skid and they must get back on track. The Bulls gets a few days off now before remaining on their road trip. The Bulls take on the Indiana Pacers on Dec. 4.
