Si Woo Kim closed out the Wyndham Championship with an exclamation point on the 72nd hole at Sedgefield CC. Kim’s birdie clinched his first title on the PGA Tour by five stokes over Luke .

Si Woo Kim, of South Korea, made his debut on the PGA Tour in 2013. However, after loosing his status the 21 year-old has spent the past two seasons on the Web.com. This year Kim regained his tour card and has competed in 30 events with four top-10 finishes. His victory in Greensboro showed confidence down the stretch. His performance ties the 72-hole tournament record (21-under par) and he looks to carry his momentum into the upcoming FedEx Cup Playoffs.

The PGA Tour will begin the most prestigious stretch of golf this season at The Barclays in New York. The FedEx Cup Playoffs will determine this year’s champion out of the top 125 players in the current FedEx Cup standings. Play will begin Thursday, August 25th.
