Kruger to Sign with Saints

Just a few days after being released, Paul Kruger has found a home in New Orleans.

Less than 24 hours after Kruger visited the Saints on Tuesday, both parties have finalized a contract agreement. Kruger will play the 2016 season in the “big easy” for New Orleans. Contract details have been released and Kruger has agreed upon a one year, $3 million dollar contract that could allow him to earn up to $2 million more in incentive based salary, bringing his total to a max of $5 mil.

Kruger hopes to find his 2014 form with the Saints and forget about a disappointing 2015 season. The Saints also picked up Chris McCain from the Miami Dolphins earlier this week, as they attempt to make great strides to improve a lousy pass rush from a year ago.
