But to be one of the best teams in the league, it takes more than just two great players.
Enter Dario Saric, who has been fantastic in his second NBA season and has become the third option on the Sixers that this team truly needs.
Just take the last two games as the perfect example of his importance to this young core.
In Milwaukee, the Sixers collapsed after having a 19-point lead early in the third quarter. They turned the ball over 26 times leading to easy transition chances for the Bucks.
Saric was the only player that was consistent in the game. In 31 minutes, he scored 25 points and shot 4 of 5 from the 3-point line.
When he was not on the court, the Sixers could not generate any offense. That’s important because of what he means to the offense.
Dario Saric deserves a ton of credit for the role that he has played in the #sixers success this season. Adapted his game to fit exactly what the team needed and plays extremely hard every night.

They rebounded after that tough loss by defeating the Charlotte Hornets. It was much more of a team effort with Robert Covington scoring 22 points, while Simmons was two rebounds shy of a triple-double.
Saric had 19 points to go along with five rebounds and three assists.
While others have good games and bad games, Saric is always giving you his same energy and production game after game.
Most nights he is not going to be their leading scorer or the most impactful player, but his consistency makes him unique.
We get the same Saric almost every night, which is not the case with some of the other young players on the roster.
Let’s just hope the rest of the team follows in his footsteps.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
