The Chicago Bulls faced off against the Sacramento Kings, the Orlando Magic and the San Antonio Spurs in the last week. Chicago found success in their last game. The first two matchups didn’t go as planned. Kris Dunn is making a huge impact ever since he battled back from his injury. Bobby Portis is making his presence felt with his return to the lineup.

Sacramento Outduels Chicago

Chicago lost to Sacramento on Monday night. Zach LaVine was the leading scorer with 19 points. Lauri Markkanen only tallied 13 points and six rebounds. Wendell Carter Jr. flirted with a double-double. He had eight points and eight rebounds.

De’Aaron Fox had a big night with 25 points to go along with four steals, six rebounds and four rebounds. Willie Cauley-Stein had a double-double with 11 points and 16 rebounds.

Orlando Stuns Chicago in Mexico City

The following game had some international flavor. Both teams faced off with each other in Mexico City. Orlando escaped with the win but Chicago fought hard. LaVine was the leading scorer with 23 points.

Justin Holiday had a nice shooting night. He ended the game with 18 points. Portis tallied 15 points and seven rebounds. Nikola Vucevic was the leading scorer for Orlando and he had a double-double. He ended the night with 26 points and ten rebounds.

Chicago Escapes San Antonio With a Win

After being down by 21 points, Chicago stormed back for the win. They stunned the San Antonio home crowd and they proved to be the harder working team.

Chicago was without LaVine but that wasn’t a problem. Chicago won by five points while Markkanen and Dunn played really well. Dunn led the team in scoring with 24 points and seven rebounds. He was hitting clutch shots that sealed the win for Chicago. Markkanen added 23 points and seven rebounds to the win total.

LaMarcus Aldridge led San Antonio in scoring with a double-double. He ended the night with 29 points and 12 rebounds. DeMar DeRozan added 23 points to the stat sheet.

Chicago will continue their road trip in a rematch against the Oklahoma City Thunder. The game is set for 7 p.m. CT on Monday in Oklahoma City.
