GAME RECAP

From the opening tip, Buffalo came out with an edge. You could tell they didn’t fear Arizona. That showed, as Buffalo maintained a two point halftime lead. In the second half they ran Arizona out the building on their way to a 89-68 win. Buffalo made it a point of emphasis to stop Arizona star, Deandre Ayton. Buffalo’s aggressive defense held the future NBA player to only 14 points off 13 shots.  Buffalo had a well-rounded offensive output as they had 3 players that scored over 19 points. Buffalo shocked the country and they look to do the same against Kentucky.

PLAYER OF THE GAME

Wes Clark was clearly the star for Buffalo. He had an extremely efficient 25 points on 14 shots. He also added 7 assists and 4 rebounds.

My name is Matthew Carnahan. I’m a fan off mostly every sport that exists but the NBA has and will always be my favorite. Growing up I never really had a favorite team, I had favorite players. Those players ranged from Lebron James to Kobe Bryant to Steve Nash . I believe the NBA is the easiest sport to have favorite players in as it’s easier to build familiarity with them when they’re not wearing a helmet or mask. I’ve had a lifelong love for the NBA and it’s why i’m so passionate when it comes to covering it.
