Kansas State vs Baylor
The Bears continued their slide this week, losing their fourth game in a row. What started as a promising season has turned out to be quite a disappointment after a scandalous off season. Kansas State hung neck and neck with the Bears for three quarters before busting it open late in the third scoring 21 unanswered points late in the third. Both teams are now bowl eligible. The Wildcats play Kansas next week in a rivalry game, while the Bears travel play Texas Tech in AT&T Stadium.
Oklahoma State vs TCU
The Cowboys found themselves down by 6 early after fumbling a punt, but rallied to score the next 31. With this win they set up a Big 12 Championship game between them and Oklahoma in Norman on the last day of the season. TCU will play Texas on the day after Thanksgiving as both teams will be looking to become bowl eligible.
Texas Tech vs Iowa State
The Red Raiders fell down early in this game and never came back. Turnovers and a lack of defense showed up in this trouncing by the Cyclones. Iowa State won back to back games and will look to ride that hot streak when West Virginia comes to Ames. Tech failed to become bowl eligible and will be playing for pride next week at home against Baylor.
Texas vs Kansas
The Jayhawks won their first conference game since 2014 and their first against Texas since 1938. The Longhorns on the other hand failed to become bowl eligible and will have another crack next week at home versus TCU. The Jayhawks will look to win again next week in a rivalry game at home versus Kansas State.
Oklahoma vs West Virginia
The Sooners came out and dominated West Virginia this week. West Virginia gave up any hope of a conference championship this week with the loss. They will play Iowa State next week on the road as they look to close out the season strong. The Sooners play Oklahoma State in a winner wins the conference game in two weeks.
