Twi-night doubleheaders are something usually reserved for baseball, but this Saturday provides an exception. Bellator MMA and the UFC each have cards scheduled for Saturday.

Hope you have enough popcorn to get you through it all.

Bellator begins a packed mixed martial arts doubleheader this Saturday afternoon.

Undercard fights begin at 3 p.m. EST, noon PST on the Bellator app, followed by the main card at 5 p.m. EST, 2 p.m. PST live from Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle, England.

NOTE: Not all undercard fights will be streamed live this Saturday.

The four-fight main card is highlighted by a Lightweight showdown matching 20-8 Patricky Pitbull with 11-1 Ryan Scope. No title is at stake in this fight, therefore it is only a three-round main event.

Contender Comparison: Ryan Scope is the taller fighter in Saturday evening’s match, standing 5’10”, while Pitbull stands at 5’7.”

Pitbull has posted a 4-1 record in his last five Bellator MMA appearances, winning last time out against Roger Huerta by second-round TKO on Sept. 21 during Bellator 205 on Paramount Network and DAZN.

In the other corner, Scope has likewise posted a 4-1 record during his last five MMA appearances. Most recently, he scored a split decision win against Mickael Lebout during BAMMA 33’s main event on Dec. 15, 2017.

This is Scope’s first appearance in Bellator MMA.

The Tale of the Tape: NOTE: Ryan Scope’s reach information was unavailable on Tapology. Patricky Pitbull has a 71-inch reach heading into this match.

Prediction: Scope by decision.

Three other fights make up this main card:

Aaron Chalmers (4-1) vs. Corey Browning (4-2) [Lightweight, co-main event]

Terry Brazier (10-1) vs. Chris Bungard (13-4) [Lightweight]

Fabian Edwards (5-0) vs. Lee Chadwick (24-13-1) [Middleweight]
