The 2018 NFL Season has already brought plenty of thrills for football fans. Storylines are dramatic and ever-shifting, and the power rankings have shifted because of this. This is leaving a lot of fans questioning specific things about their favorite teams.

One example is what is going on with the Patriots offense and team as a whole right now Another is how many games will this Browns team win this season? Finally, can the Eagles string together another season of dominance to win back-to-back titles?

The beauty of this game is that we don’t know anything. But to that beauty is also the beast. For San Francisco, it was the torn ACL in their expensive quarterback’s knee.

What will happen in Week 4 as we finish the first quarter of the season?

  1. Los Angeles Rams (3-0)

The Rams are stacked on both sides of the ball. However, that will be tested in the upcoming weeks after suffering some key injuries. Cornerback Aqib Talib may miss some considerable time as well as offseason addition cornerback Marcus Peters who is considered “day-to-day”.

2. Kansas City Chiefs (3-0)

Patrick Mahomes is a freak of nature especially in Andy Reid’s offense. This kid looks like he might break some more records this year.

3. Philadelphia Eagles (2-1)

Carson Wentz was able to deliver in his return. Once he gets his timing down all of Philly will want to see him catch a groove like in 2017 when he almost one the league’s MVP award.

4. Miami Dolphins (3-0)

It’s only been three weeks into the season and the Dolphins are leading the AFC East.  This team has been quietly doing its job week by week and isn’t getting attention.

5. Carolina Panthers (2-1)

Cam Newton and company found the win column in Week 3 against a pretty good Cincinnati team. They get the early bye week and then face three straight NFC East opponents.

6. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-1)

After their thrashing of the Patriots in Week 2, the Jags feel flat in Week 3. Jacksonville could not find the end zone and only scored six points against the Titans last week.

7. New Orleans Saints (2-1)

Drew Brees reminded us why he will be in Canton one day. He finished off the Falcons in overtime while going 39 for 49 with 396 and three touchdowns.

8. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-1)

The Bucs are trying to lay a smokescreen this week and hide who will be starting at quarterback. Ryan Fitzpatrick was somehow still able to make the Steelers sweat on Monday Night Football. Even though Tampa Bay lost it seems that Fitzpatrick will start over Jameis Winston going forward.

9. Minnesota Vikings (1-1-1)

There was utter shock and awe around the league after the Vikings lost to the Bills. Minnesota is a great team but it’s possible that they were too focused on their Week 4 matchup against the Rams this Thursday night.

10. Cincinnati Bengals (2-1)

This Bengals squad was humbled in Sunday’s loss to the Panthers although there should be no panic. Cincinnati averages about 30 points a game.

11. Chicago Bears (2-1)

It’s been a while since the Bears have had the best record in the NFC North. Chicago is definitely not too flashy on offense but the defense can hold its own.

12. Atlanta Falcons (1-2)

The Falcons season has already been a rollercoaster ride. Atlanta needs some vintage Matt Ryan to overcome their injury woes in the secondary.

13. Washington Redskins (2-1)

Wherever Alex Smith goes he seems to find a way to win. The Redskins could be a sleeper this year and give the Eagles a run for their money in the NFC East.

14. New England Patriots (1-2)

Two losses in a row. This Patriots team is not used to failure like this and it’s definitely way too early to hit the panic button.

15. Pittsburgh Steelers (1-1-1)

The Steelers finally got a win on Monday against the Bucs. They also took big steps in announcing their plan to field offers for running back Le’Veon Bell.

16. Green Bay Packers (1-1-1)

Clay Matthews is the new Vontaze Burfict. He has cost the Packers two games for his ‘vicious’ hits on the quarterback which used to be known as sacks.

17. Baltimore Ravens (2-1)

Baltimore has consistently found ways to compete this year and finds themselves at the top of the AFC North alongside the Bengals. Can they upset the Steelers in Week 4?

18. Tennessee Titans (2-1)

Talk about a hard-earned win. The Titans held the Jaguars offense to a couple field goals. The concern surrounding this team is their overall health, especially at the quarterback position.

19. Los Angeles Chargers (1-2)

The Chargers two losses are from two of the three undefeated teams this season.  They get a break as they host San Francisco this week.

20. Denver Broncos (2-1)

Case Keenum threw yet another interception last week in Baltimore. Denver is struggling on offense and the secondary looks porous.

21. Seattle Seahawks (1-2)

The Seahawks finally came up big against Dallas in Week 3. This team is not nearly as good as they can be but to reach that level again will take some time.

22. Indianapolis Colts (1-2)

Andrew Luck wasn’t the one who threw the ‘Hail Mary’ to try to win the game for the Colts. Either Jacoby Brissett has the better arm or Luck still isn’t fully healed quite yet.

23. Cleveland Browns (1-1-1)

Cleveland got its first win in 635 days. Let see if they can create get a winning streak going in Week 4.

24. Detroit Lions (1-2)

Matthew Stafford came up huge for the Lions but the real star on Monday night was Kerryon Johnson. He was the first running back to break 100 yards rushing since Reggie Bush did on Thanksgiving 2013.

25. Dallas Cowboys (1-2)

The Cowboys suffered a huge loss in Seattle to set them back a bit for the division title. Although the NFC East has started the season imperfect this team has much more to prove that they are a serious contender. And they have to start proving that point ASAP.

26. New York Jets (1-2)

The Jets are missing something still.  That’s why the team called Pittsburgh about running back that hasn’t reported.  The Jets would be an interesting team to watch if they could manage to get Bell from the Steelers.

27. San Francisco 49ers (1-2)

Jimmy Garoppolo is officially out for the season and the 49ers spent tons of money to keep the young up-and-coming quarterback. Their hope for a great season is vanishing right before their eyes.

28. New York Giants (1-2)

The Giants finally got a win in Week 3. However it was against a poor Houston unit. This team looks killer on paper but the actual results state otherwise.

29. Houston Texans (0-3)

Deshaun Watson hit the sophomore slump hard this season and has rarely flashed. What will it take for the young quarterback to impress us?

30. Buffalo Bills (1-2)

The win against the Vikings was just a fluke. The win against the Vikings was just a fluke. The win against the Vikings was just a fluke…

31. Oakland Raiders (0-3)

Sorry Coach Gruden but the Raiders aren’t very good this season. Oakland must save their season soon before fans start wondering if Gruden was a waste of time and money. Pundits already are discussing whether or not the Khalil Mack trade was the worst of all-time. Whether Gruden had to something to say in the matter is up for debate, but c’mon…

32. Arizona Cardinals (0-3)

Sam Bradford if finally getting benched. Now it’s Josh Rosen’s time, but can the rookie deliver for the winless Cardinals?
