Once again another exciting week in the 2018 NFL Season is through. There were some shocking games with plenty of thrilling endings. Heading into Week 10 there is more clarity of which teams could make their playoff run and which teams should start scouting for April’s Draft.
There is one thing that our panel agrees on and it’s that the Rams loss to the Saints wasn’t enough to knock them out of the top spot. However, the Saints win was enough to move them to the second spot.
Although there is starting to become a common theme of who is in the Top 7 and who is in line for a top draft pick.
In Week 10 there will be 14 games while the Broncos, Ravens, Texans, and Vikings all have Bye Weeks.

Here are our Week 10 NFL power rankings:
- Los Angeles Rams (8-1)
The Rams defense was exposed by New Orleans in Week 9. They gave up 141 yards on the ground and 346 yards through the air. To top of their woes, the Rams gave up six touchdowns and weren’t able to sack Drew Brees once.
2. New Orleans Saints (7-1)
3. Kansas City Chiefs (8-1)
Patrick Mahomes got his revenge on Baker Mayfield. He was exceptional again going 23-of-32 for 375 yards, three touchdowns and an interception. It helps when you have an offense that is as stacked as the Chiefs. Just look up their stats from week to week.
4. New England Patriots (7-2)
Tom Brady one the battle against arguably the best Quarterback in the league in Aaron Rodgers. New England is back to its old ways and is starting running away with the AFC East.
5. Los Angeles Chargers (6-2)
A late pick-six by the Chargers wrapped their Week 9 game up against Seattle. Surprisingly, Los Angeles is only one game behind the Chiefs in the AFC West. They will visit the Kansas City December 13th in a game you should mark on your calendar.
6. Carolina Panthers (6-2)
Cam Newton may not have numbers this season like some other top-tier quarterbacks, although he should be in the talks for MVP this season. Newton has a 100.8 passer rating, 1,893 yards on a 67.3 completion percentage, and 15 touchdowns to four interceptions.
7. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-2-1)
8. Minnesota Vikings (5-3-1)
Houston has now won six straight and looks to claim the AFC South crown. Sure there was some luck in Week 9 against the Broncos, but this team looks much more complete than the product they had last season. Can they keep it up and wrap up the South?
10. Chicago Bears (5-3)
The Bears defense made a mockery out of the Bills in Week 9. The defense had three interceptions with a pick-six, four sacks, and a fumble recovery. The only allowed 264 total yards.
11. Cincinnati Bengals (5-3)
Andy Dalton and company got some much-needed rest in Week 9. They will return this week as they host the Saints. A huge win may help them settle as the team to beat in the AFC North.
12. Philadelphia Eagles (4-4)
13. Green Bay Packers (3-4-1)
The battle of the number 12s didn’t go well for Aaron Rodgers. Sure he played a good game, but New England and TB12 was too much in the end. The Packers aren’t winning crucial games which brings doubt of a 2018 playoff run.
14. Seattle Seahawks (4-4)
The late interception by Russell Wilson spoiled the Seahawks hope of a big win at home. Seattle has been playing like a .500 team all season and their schedule isn’t going to be easy.
15. Atlanta Falcons (4-4)
Matt Ryan is starting to play like himself again. The veteran signal caller went 26-of-38 with 350 yards, four touchdowns, and one interception. Also, Julio Jones came to play and finished the game with seven catches for 121 yards and a touchdown.

Just when the Redskins were running out in front of the NFC East, they lose. The Falcons were just too much for Washington and jumped out to an early lead that couldn’t be made up. They’ll need to make some adjustments since the division could be a lot closer than it may seem.
17. Indianapolis Colts (3-5)
18. Baltimore Ravens (4-5)
Is Joe Flacco considered Elite? Well whether he is or not, the Ravens struggled against the division rival in the Steelers and Baltimore just could score on some decent drives.
19. Tennessee Titans (4-4)
The Titans got a huge game from Marcus Mariota who went 21-of-29 with 240 yards and two touchdowns. He also rushed for 32 yards and a touchdown to beat a Cowboys team that has plenty of problems.
20. Denver Broncos (3-6)
Penalties. Bad coaching decisions. Missed field goals. The Broncos season just keeps getting worse. To top it off, Demaryius Thomas was traded to Houston before the game and sounded off on Denver’s management.
21. Miami Dolphins (5-4)
This game was painful to watch for Dolphins fans. It was 6-3 for almost the entirety of the matchup. But thanks to a Jerome Baker 25-yard interception touchdown, Miami walked away with the win.
22. Dallas Cowboys (3-5)
The addition of Amari Cooper was not enough for the Cowboys. Also, it doesn’t help when Ezekiel Elliott only receives 17 carries for the game and the majority of them came in the first half. Elliott didn’t even have a carry in the fourth quarter.
23. Jacksonville Jaguars (3-5)
The Jaguars got a chance to rest and look to come back and dominate once again. They will get a tough test in the Colts who are tied with them in the AFC South.
The Lions are collapsing. Stafford hasn’t been a great threat like in year’s past and was sacked 10 times in this one. Playoff hopes are slowly slipping away for one of the league’s top paid players.
25. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (3-5)
Ryan Fitzpatrick made his presence felt from the second quarter on, but it was the lack of it in 1st quarter that held the Bucs back. Other than a flat opening 15 minutes with an interception, Fitzpatrick threw four touchdowns and one interception throughout the remainder of the game.
26. New York Jets (3-6)
Sam Darnold threw four interceptions in this game and that brings his season total to 14 for the season. The Jets really need to find this guy some more weapons.
27. Cleveland Browns (2-6-1)
The Browns were actually keeping up with the Chiefs through halftime. The only problem is that it’s the Chiefs high-powered offense. After the half, Cleveland was only able to manage six points.
28. Arizona Cardinals (2-6)
The Cardinals finally cut Sam Bradford. The team is in rebuild mode and doesn’t need an expensive backup.
29. San Francisco 49ers (2-7)
It was Nick Mullens’ time to shine on Thursday night and he delivered. The rookie threw for 262 yards and three touchdowns in his NFL debut.
30. Buffalo Bills (2-7)
The Bills are another team at this point of the season that could be playing for a Top-5 pick in next year’s draft. Quarterback play has been far from great, however, much of that is due to many areas of struggles on the offensive line.
31. New York Giants (1-7)
The Giants will return to action this week against a 49ers team that’s coming off of a huge Thursday Night win. Will New York get it together?
32. Oakland Raiders (1-7)
The Raiders season can’t get any worse than it is. It seems like Oakland is just playing for the top pick in the 2019 NFL Draft going forward.
